SWPro Assistant is a digital consultation platform that structures personal customer relationships and supports consultants in their daily work. Each customer opens the consultant’s personal page through an individual code or link, completes an informational check-up, reviews benefits and cooperation options, and can request direct consultation.
The protected consultant workspace combines customer profiles, questionnaires, check-up results, contact stages, enquiries, materials and broadcasts. Telegram and VK components extend access. The platform is intentionally not an online shop and does not expose product numbers or prices to customers; its purpose is to prepare a responsible personal consultation.
