LOOKDO is a mobile platform for independent professionals and service providers. Customers select a service, take the required photos directly with their smartphone and submit a complete request.
Each business receives its own mobile web app on a LOOKDO subdomain or custom domain. Services, photo instructions, contact channels, content and visual appearance can be managed individually.
Challenge
Many service providers receive incomplete requests by phone, messenger or social media. Important photos and details are often missing, creating unnecessary follow-up questions and making quick estimates difficult.
The goal was to build a simple mobile solution that guides customers through the request and provides the service provider with all required information in a structured form.
Solution
A multilingual SaaS platform was developed with separate customer workspaces, configurable service templates and guided mobile photo capture.
The application tells customers exactly which photos and details are required. The service provider then receives a clearly structured and fully documented request. LOOKDO is designed as a PWA and prepared for future distribution as a mobile app.
